Okay Energy rotary double flame torch OKRFH-2 is a set of ampoule sealing appatatus specially match for OH series of oxyhydrogen generators. It is mainly used to seal ampoule bottle within 1-25ml.There are two control function: pedal and automatic rotating control.
How does it work?
Put the ampoule bottle on the workbench, there are two sets of oxyhydrogen flame melting, pedal or automatic rotating the workbench, manual seal the ampoule by tweezers. The sealing speed can be about 40~45 pieces ampoule per minute.
Other applications: Suitable for maximum 12mm diameter, 15mm length quartz glass tube sealing.

Oxyhydrogen Generator's Working Principle
Oxyhydrogen generator uses water as medium to electrolyze water into H2 and O2,and fires them to form oxyhydrogen flame.The temperature of oxyhydrogen flame is as high as 2800 degrees so that the oxyhydrogen sealing effect and speed is higher and faster than traditional liquefied gas for ampoule sealing.

Oxyhydrogen Features and Advantages for ampoule sealing
1. Safety Oxy-hydrogen Flame Ampoules Sealing Machine just uses water and electricity, no gas bottle, no hydrogen gas storage, no leakage, and explosive danger.
2. Convenience it can work just with water and electricity, every liter water can be used for 7~8 hours. But the liquid gas bottle needs to be changed by manual moving, it is very inconvenient.
3. Cleanliness Oxy-hydrogen combustion just produces little water vapor, there is no harm to the pharmaceuticals. But Liquid gas combustion produces carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen compounds which will impact the quality of pharmaceuticals.
