The semi-automatic ampoule filling sealing machine and system has the function of speed and volume filling control, special for viscous liquid. For dispensing, it is with automatic filling pump. It can be widely used for food,cosmetics,pharmaceuticals,chemicals,laboratory etc.

Okay Energy provide the economic laboratory semi-automatic oxyhydrogen flame ampoule filling sealing solution via peristaltic liquid filling and rotary oxyhydrogen flame sealing torch. The whole system can fill and dispense liquid into ampoule bottle as per the filling volume and filling speed firstly. Oxyhydrogen generator uses water as medium to electrolyze water into H2 and O2,and fires them to form oxyhydrogen flame.The temperature of oxyhydrogen flame is as high as 2800 degrees so that the oxyhydrogen sealing effect and speed is higher and faster than traditional liquefied gas for ampoule sealing.The OH400 oxyhydrogen generator and OKRFH-2 rotary sealing device works together to seal ampoule bottles.It can be not only high accurate of volume and speed for filling liquid,but also ampoule sealing works efficiently.

1. Safety Oxy-hydrogen Flame Ampoules Sealing Machine just uses water and electricity, no gas bottle, no hydrogen gas storage, no leakage and explosive danger.
2. Convenience it can work just with water and electricity, every litre water can be used 7~8 hours. But Liquid gas bottle need to be changed by manual moving, it is very inconvenient.
