sealing machine, vacuum pump quartz tube joints and other standardized customized precision quartz tube joints to ensure

OKAY Energy's hydrogen-oxygen flame quartz glass tube sealing system is used for the oxygen-free and water-free vacuum
sealing and preservation of samples. It uses mature water electrolysis technology to decompose water into hydrogen and oxygen.
After passing through wet anti-flashback devices, electronic flame arresters and other safety devices, hydrogen and oxygen are
connected to a special hydrogen-oxygen flame gun with a built-in flame arrester, and ignited using an igniter to form a hydrogen-oxygen
flame to quickly seal the quartz glass tube. The system includes a hydrogen-oxygen flame sealing machine, a hydrogen-oxygen anti-flashback device, a glass tube vacuum sealing machine, a vacuum pump (mechanical pump or molecular pump group), a quartz tube joint and other standardized customized precision quartz tube joints to ensure precise matching with the quartz tube and ensure the sealing of the quartz tube.
The hydrogen-oxygen flame sealing machine produces gas as soon as it is turned on, and it is used immediately without storing gas,
and there is no risk of explosion. It is a safe and environmentally friendly equipment to replace high-risk gas cylinders such as oxyacetylene,
