Product Description
1. What is oxy-hydrogen generator(HHO generator)?
It consumes water and electricity, electrolyze water into H2 and O2, we can use H2 and O2 as source of flame replacing acetylene or natural gas or other fuel. It can be used for welding, heating, flame polishing, sealing quartz glass, ampoule bottles.
2. Why we used oxy-hydrogen generator?
1) Maxumum safety-no gas store cylinders.

This device together with Oxy-hydrogen gas flame machine was designed for sealing ampoule bottles below 20ml capacity.
The main function:
After filling the ampoule bottles on the workbench, the workbench can be auto-rotating while do sealing work, no need to pull ampoules.
Working principle: Using Oxy-hydrogen gas flame to burn the ampoule bottles top caps to finish sealing.
Application: 1 to 20ml ampoule bottles

How to use this Ampoule bottles filling and sealing machine?
1) Install the Oxy-hydrogen gas machine, connect to nitrogen cylinder, turn on the power.
2) Turn on the oxy-hydrogen gas flame valve, light the fire and adjust it to the right position.
3) Fill the ampoule bottles on the tray, turn on the device. After finishing sealing the ampoule bottles, then take it out.
4) Extinguish the fire, turn off the gas valve, turn off the Oxy-hydrogen gas machine.
