1200°C Crystal Growth Furnace with Overheat Protection for University Lab

This vertical furnace has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a double-layer shell structure with a 4mm gap between the two shells. The shell is made of thin iron plates formed by bending and welding. The working chamber is a monolithic furnace lining constructed from alumina fiber and alumina fiber felt. The heating elements are arranged on both sides of the furnace tube. The furnace body can move up and down driven by a motor.

A thermocouple hole is provided on the right side of the furnace, equipped with a thermocouple fixing seat. The thermocouple tube is inserted into the furnace chamber through this hole, and the thermocouple is fixed using screws on the fixing seat.

The front panel features a 7-inch LCD screen with integrated control software for controlling the lifting/lowering rate and stroke of the furnace body. The upper flange is a water-cooled flange, with a gas inlet welded onto the flange cover. Two nuts inside the flange cover are used to hang the furnace plug and the crucible, respectively. The lower flange is also a water-cooled flange, equipped with a pressure gauge, gas outlet, and a KF25 port for connecting a bellows to a vacuum pump for evacuation.
 
This equipment can grow crystals in air, vacuum, or protective atmosphere environments.

Characteristic

1. This furnace has multiple functions, including being used as a crystal growth furnace, a rapid cooling and heating tube furnace, and a regular vertical tube furnace.

2. Adopting imported Euro 3504 instrument, with high temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 degrees.

3. Quartz or stainless steel tubes can be used, with a maximum temperature of 900 degrees Celsius when using stainless steel tubes.

4. Motor driven furnace body lifting and installation of limit switch, lifting and lowering will not cause overshoot.

5. The lifting speed of the furnace body is controllable, and the lifting stroke can be customized according to customer requirements.

6. The crucible can be suspended by hanging wires or placed on the material support below.
