Cuts Carbon Steel with No Carbon Left Behind: A traditional oxy-fuel flame uses carbon-based gas, which adds carbon back into the cut edge. This hardens the kerf and makes secondary processing more difficult. Our hho flame burns only hydrogen. The cut edge comes out cleaner, softer, and more uniform. No carburized layer to grind off. No embedded carbon to dull your next machining step.

No Acetylene, No High-Pressure Oxygen, No Hazardous Storage: Acetylene cylinders are shock-sensitive and can decompose explosively at pressures above 15 psi. High-pressure oxygen cylinders turn every grease smudge into a fire risk. Our hho system eliminates both. We make our own hydrogen and oxygen on demand, at low pressure, from water. No cylinders on the floor. No hoses feeding in from an outside storage cage. The hazard goes away when the machine shuts off.

Uses Tap Water and Electricity, Not a Supply Contract: An acetylene supply contract means monthly minimums, delivery fees, and rental charges for cylinders. Our hho generator just needs electricity. The operating cost is a fraction of bottled gas.
