High Efficiency, Fast Polishing Speed: The oxyhydrogen flame can reach 3000°C. Polishing is completed within seconds as the flame sweeps across the acrylic surface, far more efficient than sandpaper or cloth wheel polishing, especially suitable for batch production.

Concentrated, Non-Divergent Flame: The oxyhydrogen flame is concentrated and non-divergent with minimal heat radiation. Heat precisely targets the area requiring polishing, without damaging other parts of the workpiece.

Mirror-Level Polishing Effect: The high-temperature flame locally melts the acrylic surface, which self-levels under surface tension and cools to form a near-optical-grade transparent surface. Finish quality can reach a mirror-like effect, with significantly improved light transmittance.

Suitable for Irregular Surface Polishing: The flexible flame is especially suitable for rapid transparent polishing of acrylic product burr edges, concave surfaces, internal holes, curved edges, and other irregular areas, solving problems that ordinary mechanical polishers cannot handle.

Combustion Product Only Water Vapor, Zero Pollution: Oxyhydrogen flame combustion produces only water vapor, with no carbon particles or smoke deposition on the acrylic surface, avoiding secondary contamination. Hydrocarbon combustion such as propane produces soot and residues.
