Operation method of vacuum drying oven:
1. The items to be dried are put into the Baoyuantong vacuum drying oven, the door is closed, the vent valve is closed, the vacuum valve is turned on, the vacuum pump is turned on, and the air is pumped, so that the vacuum in the box reaches -0.1M Pa When, close the vacuum valve, and then turn off the vacuum pump power supply.
2. Turn the power switch of the vacuum drying oven to "ON" and select the desired set temperature. The temperature inside the oven starts to rise. When the temperature inside the oven is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light turns on and off, repeated several times. , Generally, it can enter the constant temperature state within 120min.
3. When the required operating temperature is low, the secondary setting method can be used. For example, the required temperature is 60°C, and the initial setting can be 50°C. After the temperature overshoot starts to fall back, set 60°C for the second time. This can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot phenomenon, and enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
4. Choose different drying time according to the moisture level of different items. If the drying time is longer and the vacuum degree drops, you need to pump again to restore the vacuum degree. The vacuum pump power should be turned on first, and then the vacuum valve should be turned on.
5. After drying, turn off the power of the drying oven, open the vent valve to release the vacuum state in the oven, and then open the door to take out the items. (After the vacuum is released, it is not easy to open the door immediately if the sealing ring and the glass door are tightly deformed. After a period of time, the door can be opened easily after the sealing ring returns to its original shape.)
